For every 10 people we recommend the following:
5 Lbs of meat
5 Qrts of sides
For ribs we recommend 3 ribs per person, 1 rack feeds 3-4 ppl
ALL OF OUR DESSERTS CONTAIN NUTS OR ARE COOKED IN AREAS WHERE NUTS MAY BE (NOT TALKING ABOUT THE EMPLOYEES)
